Equipment damage caused by non-human factors during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge;
If the equipment is damaged due to human factors, we will repair it in time and charge the cost.
Respond to customer service issues immediately by telephone.
If the equipment is damaged after the warranty period expires, we will arrive at the site for maintenance within one day within one province, and will arrive at the site within two days within different provinces, after receiving the notice from the buyer.
For door-to-door service, 24-hour within the city, 48-hour within the province and 72-hour outside the province;

During the design and production stages ,we will extensively solicit opinions from buyers to ensure quality while taking into account the optimal combination, to achieve the best solution.
When the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, we will arrange full-time technical personnel to provide professional technical services to ensure the correct installation and commissioning.
If necessary, we will send 1-2 experienced technicians to conduct systematic training on technology and usage methods for on-site managers and operators.
